Madrid Declaration that was first published in 2010 by ISCO3 (International Scientific Committee of Ozone) to establish an uniform approach to ozone therapy has been updated in 2015 by second edition. Dr.Ruhi Cakir who is one of the Board Members of ISCO3 both in 2010 and 2015 will express updated changes.

Speakers and lecturers are experts and famous doctors in their fields and mostly are the presidents of the associations and also authors of the scientific studies that are published at Pubmed or similar.
