Bozon-N
| The concentration ozone in gas automatically adjusted within 0.5-99.9 mg/L, the speed of a stream of gas is automatically adjusted within 0.2 - 1.0 L/min.It is applied to dispensing ozone-oxygen mixture in syringes, carrying out of procedures of MAHT, preparations ozonized saline solution, the ozonized distilled water and preparation of the ozonized oil.

Module “BOZON-SNEG”

BOZON-BAGTO
| The Module “BOZON-BAGTO” is an automated device for carrying out big autohemotherapy. There is a reverse peristaltic pump with the executive mechanism of cam type and a microprocessor control system. The application of the module “BOZON-BAGTO” considerably (up to four times) reduces time of conducting the procedure. It sharply reduces traumatism of BAHT procedures due to the use of a 0.7 mm needle for taking blood. The device has the built in regulator of blood flow velocity, the timer and safety system preventing the possibility of air breakthrough into the vein during reinfusion of the ozonized blood. It is protected by patents of Ukraine and Russia. |

About ozone concentration in mix
| Measurement of ozone concentration in the physiological solution is quite necessary. The reason of this is instability of microadmixture content in the physiological solution of different manufacturers or even different copies of packings of physiological solutions of the same manufacturers. This instability affects the level of ozone concentration in the ozonized physiological solution (OPS) very much. The figure presents results of ozone concentration measurement in vials with the physiological solution of eight different manufacturers. All vials were ozonized in identical conditions - 2 minutes of OOM barbotage with concentration of 60 mg/l in consuming 300 ml/min. The list of manufacturers is specified on the table. It is visible from the table that calculation of ozone concentration in the physiological solution is not possible and only the procedure in which OPS is used with the measured initial ozone concentration is possible to be considered a correct procedure of OPS infusion. |

| The indications for vaginal insufflations use in the gynecology are acute and chronic inflammatory diseases of female pudendum: - colpitis (bacterial, trichomonas, candidosis) - bacterial vaginitis - cervicitis - salpingooforit - metroendometritis - pelviperitonitis - algodismenorrhea - climacteric syndrome - virus diseases of genitals (genital herpes, human papilloma virus) - diseases transmissible by genital tracts - preoperative sanation of vagina The use of vaginal insufflations of ozone and oxygen mixture combines a high efficacy in relation to the most widespread vaginal infections causative agents, it limits antibacterial and other medicamental load on the organism. These procedures render as a local sanogen action as a general systemic action on the organism. Considering high ozone absorbability by vagina mucous membrane during running vaginal insufflations of ozone and oxygen mixture the systemic result of ozone therapy is realized. This allows to advise vaginal insufflations as alternative to a great autohemotherapy and parenteral introduction of ozonized physiological solution during the treatment of various kinds of extragenital pathology. The insufflator VIN-100 is delivered in sterile packaging and only of disposable use. The article structure doesn guarantee the safety of its reuse, even if used for the same patient, because of possibility of pathogenic flora reproduction inside the barrel of the insufflator plastic encapsulation. |

Independent measuring instruments
| All measuring instruments are constructed under the continuous scheme but can be used for single measurements. All measuring instruments work in two modes of short-term stability of indications (SS) and long-term stability (LS). The measuring instrument “BOZON-G-1″ is intended for measurement of ozone concentration in gas. Relative miscalculation in the mode SS is 5%, instability of “zero” is no more than+/-0.2 mg/l. In the LS mode instability of “zero” is no more than +/-2 mg. The measuring instrument “BOZON-G-2″ is intended for measurement of ozone concentration in gas. Relative miscalculation in the SS mode is 5 %, instability of “zero” is no more than +/-0.1 mg/l. In the LS mode instability of “zero” is no more than +/-0.2 mg. Themeasuring instrument “BOZON-DFG” is intended for measurement of ozone concentration in gas, physiological solution and distillate. The relative miscalculation in the SS mode is 5 %, instability of “zero” is no more than +/-0.1 mg/l. In the LS mode instability of “zero” is no more than +/-0.2 mg (water), +/-2 mg (gas). |
